Knowing Balinese contemporary art, it is my mission to furthermore connect its work with the world and establish contacts that contributes to a better understanding and acceptance. Balinese Art is largely underestimated and heavily undervalued as it contains elements of spirituality and other values that are not yet familiar in other parts of the world. This Island disposes of more than 8'000 professional painters where innumerous talents deserve a better recognition for their outstanding work. Those I will support and assist together with my colleague painters and lead them to the success they merit.
One of the most important tasks is the support of Balinese handicapped painters which are taught to create valuable work that can be sold to supporters in order to grant them a better existence.
